Nicht zu empfehlen – gefährlich und enttäuschend
Ich kann diese Speedboot-Tour leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Boot für 6 Personen gebucht. Der Veranstalter wusste von Anfang an, wie viele Personen wir sind, trotzdem wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, ob das Boot für diese Anzahl geeignet ist oder ob die Wetter- und Seebedingungen eine sichere Fahrt zulassen.
Das Boot war meiner Meinung nach für 6 Personen völlig ungeeignet und zudem in einem sehr alten Zustand. Das Wetter bzw. der Seegang war für die Fahrt nicht geeignet. Während der Fahrt kam sehr viel Wasser ins Boot, sodass wir und unsere persönlichen Sachen komplett nass wurden. Die Situation war für uns sehr unangenehm und vor allem gefährlich.
Zusätzlich war während der Fahrt der Tank leer, sodass wir sogar anhalten mussten, um Treibstoff nachzufüllen. Aufgrund der Situation haben wir uns schließlich entschieden, umzukehren, da wir kein Vertrauen mehr darin hatten, dass das Boot die Fahrt sicher bewältigen würde.
Auch das versprochene Angebot mit Getränken und verschiedenen Obstsorten war eine Enttäuschung. Statt frischem Obst wurden uns alte, bereits geschnittene Äpfel angeboten, die teilweise verdorben waren und auf einem schmutzigen Teppich lagen (siehe Bild).
Besonders enttäuschend war die Reaktion des Veranstalters auf meine Beschwerde. Ich habe ihm erklärt, dass es aus meiner Sicht seine Verantwortung ist, seine Kunden über mögliche Gefahren zu informieren und vorab zu prüfen, ob Wetterbedingungen, Boot und Anzahl der Personen für die geplante Tour geeignet sind. Seine Antwort war sinngemäß, dass er das Wetter vorher nicht wissen könne, weil er selbst nicht auf dem Meer gewesen sei. Diese Aussage hat mich ehrlich gesagt sprachlos gemacht. Es gibt schließlich Wettervorhersagen und meteorologische Informationen, anhand derer man die Bedingungen auf dem Meer einschätzen kann.
Für mich war das insgesamt eine unsichere, schlecht organisierte und enttäuschende Erfahrung. Sicherheit sollte bei einer solchen Aktivität an erster Stelle stehen.
Von meiner Seite daher ganz klar: nicht zu empfehlen.

В агенство зашли во время прогулки. Изначально сомневались, стоит ли брать экскурсию с улицы. Но после общения с турагентом - рискнули. И не пожалели. Турагент свободно говорил на русском. Очень дружелюбный. И цена ниже, чем у ательных гидов. Ездили в Каир (пирамиды, сфинкс, новый большой музей). Далековато, но оно того стоило! Будем в Хургаде, непременно обратимся именно в "Klasstours"!

At sürüşü, Super safari ve Dalış yaptık. At sürüşü kötüydü 2 saat at sürülecek dendi denizde epey oyalandık fotoğraf çekimi vs. derken tek başımıza gerçekten sürdüğümüz 10 dakika falandır. Biz sürmeyi pek bilmiyoruz dedik belkide ondan dolayı sürekli bir yerlere çocuklar atı tutup biz üzerinde otururken gittik. At sürüşünü tavsiye etmiyorum 2 saat at bindik o doğru fakat beklentimiz bu değildi onun haricinde diğer ikisini tavsiye ederim. Tur sahibi Mahmud çok iyi adam biryerlere giderken hep transfer ayarladı tur içinde yemekde verdiler ayrıca havalimanına transferi de bedaya sağladı memnun kaldık Türk arkadaşlara tavsiye ederim. Bize tüm turlar için 25 dolardan yardımcı oldu toplam 75 dolar ödedik. Extra cebimizden para çıkmadı. Birçok tur şirketine sorduk fiyatlar hemen hemen hepsinde aynı Mahmud bize daha düzgün göründüğü için onu tercih ettik memnunda kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Fiyatları makul seviyede. At binme, safari ve dalış yaptık. At binme fiyatına göre gereksiz bence, çok kendiniz sürmüyorsunuz çocuklar atı tutup sizi gezdiriyor sadece denizde ve deniz kenarında. Safari iyiydi, ekstra ücret istemediler. Safarideki guideımız Mahmud baya konuşkan ve ilgiliydi. Tüm safari boyunca muhabbet ettik, eğlenceli idi. Fiyatına değer safari. Dalış olarak da promaster diving kullanmışlar. Intro diving yaptık biz. 15 dk bir dalış öğle yemeği 15 dk farklı bir yerde dalış. Dalış yapılan yer çok güzel. Çeşit çeşit balık görebiliyorsunuz. Daha önce çok deneyiminiz yoksa fazlasıyla tatmin eder sizi. Fiyatına göre gayet iyi yani. Dalış lisansınız varsa direk promastera gidip onlara da sorabilirsiniz ama. 4 kişi bu 3 turu yapınca havalimanı servisini de hediye ettiler. Otelden ayrıldığımız gün dalışa gittik biz, uçağımız gece 3 teydi, eşyalarımızı ofiste muhafaza ettiler o saate kadar. Kafamız rahat tatil yapalım diyorsanız kesinlikle tercih edilebilir. At binme almayın ama pişmanlık :)
